Management Team

Hervé is a seasoned real estate and corporate finance professional with 20-year experience in investment banking and real estate investments.

Hervé started his career in the credit/fixed income market with a focus on mortgage-backed securities and alternative assets. He deepened his experience in structure finance at ABN Amro and HSBC in securitisation and real estate finance, before joining Eurohypo where he was responsible for financing real estate acquisition for private equity houses. 

Following his banking career, Hervé set up his own advisory boutique providing investment services across the capital structure to family offices/private investors. 

BA in Finance and Economics from the European Business School, London. French, English and Italian.

Romain has 20-year experience including 10 years in M&A at Lehman Brothers, HSBC and JPMorgan, 5 years as a transactional consultant for PE funds (Apollo, Tyndaris) and Asset Management platforms and 5 years investing private money into development projects in London and Paris region and French-Swiss border near Geneva.

Romain has founded his own advisory boutique for real estate investment in France and the UK and has worked on asset and portfolio financing across the capital structure for private investors/family offices, private equity houses and hedge funds.

Romain owns a MSc in Finance from London Business School and a BA from Ecole de Management de Lyon.
